It gets power from battery first when the battery have enough power, and turns to grid electricity if the battery lack of power. So the LED light can work with solar power in Summer, and go to grid electricity once solar energy is not enough in Winter.
• To do solar/ electricity hybrid model, we need to add a power adapter to pretect the lighting system when connect with Electrical grid. The power adapter connect the controller and the electrical grid. The controller can detect the voltage of battery, when the voltage of battery lower than 10V, the controller will turn on the electrical grid connection and turn off the PV connection, and the LED light will get power from electrical grid. If the voltage of battery higher than 10V, the light will work with PV connection and turn off the electrical grid connection.
